Maserati recommends that you have your vehicles serviced every two years or every 20,000 kilometres, whichever comes first, and suggests the following maintenance schedule:
1st inspection (two years or 20,000 kilometres)
- Replace oil and oil filter (this should be done at least once a year).
- Replace air filter
- Replace pollen filter (more frequent replacement is recommended if the car is driven is an urban area).
- Replace alternator belt, a/c compressor and hydraulic steering control
- Replace hydraulic steering fluid
- Replace rubber poly-V belt for water pump control
- Replace engine coolant
- Replace brake fluid
- Inspect cooling system, braking system, fuel-injection system, ignition system, air injection system, gearbox and differential oil, front and rear suspension, headlight aiming, seatbelts and doors and hinges.
2nd Inspection (four years or 40,000 kilometres)
- Replace oil and oil filter (this should be done at least once a year).
- Replace air filter
- Replace pollen filter (more frequent replacement is recommended if the car is driven in an urban area).
- Replace alternator belt, a/c compressor and hydraulic steering control
- Replace hydraulic steering fluid
- Replace rubber poly-V belt for water pump control
- Replace engine coolant
- Replace brake fluid
- Inspect cooling system, braking system, air injection system, fuel vapor emission control system, gearbox and differential oil, front and rear suspension, headlight aiming, seatbelts, doors and hinges.
3rd Inspection (six years or 60,000 kilometres)
- Replace oil and oil filter (this should be done at least once a year).
- Replace air filter
- Replace pollen filter (more frequent replacement is recommended if the car is driven in an urban area).
- Replace alternator belt, a/c compressor and hydraulic steering control
- Replace hydraulic steering fluid
- Replace rubber poly-V belt for water pump control
- Replace engine coolant
- Replace brake fluid
- Replace OBDII system filter
- Inspect cooling system, braking system, fuel-injection system, ignition system, air injection system, blow-by system, gearbox and differential oil, front and rear suspension, headlight aiming, seatbelts, doors and hinges.
Upgrades worth considering.
